Our Services help people to store their medical records and retrieve them. This makes it easier to make the right decisions by reviewing medical history when needed.

Medical Records offers two ways to store your data:

• Device Storage: Storing data on your device memory. In this case, we do not store your personal information.
• Cloud Storage: Using secure Google Inc. cloud services to store data. To set up your account, you need to provide your email address. Your data is stored securely on Google’s cloud storage.

3. How We Use Your Information

• We take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of the data.
• Data is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Services, including registration and authentication, hosting and backend infrastructure, infrastructure monitoring, content performance testing, and managing contacts and sending messages.
• We use any personal information in your account or profile to provide Services, complete transactions, administer inquiries, and present offers that may be of interest.
• We do not share personally identifying information with any organization.
• We will not make identifying information public without your prior written or electronic consent.

4. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that you use the Application at your own risk. The Application is provided "as is." Kafosoft makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, safety, or suitability for a particular purpose. Kafosoft does not guarantee the Application will work without errors.

You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all risk arising from using the app remains with you. Kafosoft or any other entity involved in creating or delivering the Services will not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or personal injury arising from the use of the app.

In case of disagreements with Kafosoft, partners, or related service providers, the only option is to discontinue using the Product. Kafosoft, partners, and related service providers are third-party beneficiaries of these limitations and may enforce them in court.

5. Termination

This License Agreement is valid from the earliest date of your use of the Application until its termination. You or Kafosoft may terminate this Agreement at any time. Termination by Kafosoft will take effect after notifying you, closing your account, or at Kafosoft's discretion. The Agreement is terminated automatically if you violate its terms.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to identify areas you have visited. Cookies are small data pieces stored on your device by your browser. We use them to personalize content. Disabling cookies may prevent some features from working properly. We never place personally identifiable information in cookies.
