Blood Pressure App helps people to store their blood pressure data, blood pressure data of their family members and retrieve them. This makes it easy to take the right decision through reviewing the data history when needed.

The Blood Pressure App offers two ways to store your data:

• Device Storage: Your data stored on your device remains private and is not collected by us.
• Cloud Storage: If you use cloud storage, we use secure Google Cloud services. To set up your account, you provide your email address. Your data is securely stored in the cloud.

3. How We Use Your Information

• We take the appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the data.
• The data concerning the user is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Services, including registration, authentication, hosting, backend infrastructure, monitoring, content performance testing, and managing contacts and messages.
• We will use any personal information in your account and profile to provide the services, complete transactions, respond to inquiries, and present offers for products or services that may be of interest.
• We will not share identifying information with any organization.
• We will not make identifying information publicly available without prior written or electronic consent.

4. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You expressly acknowledge that you use the Application at your own risk. The Application is provided "as is." Kafosoft does not provide any warranties or guarantees, including accuracy, reliability, suitability, property rights, market value, or satisfaction.

Kafosoft does not guarantee that the Application will work without errors or interruptions. You are solely responsible for using the app and for the results obtained.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kafosoft and related parties are not liable for incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, computer damage, or personal injury arising from use of the app. Your only remedy is to discontinue using the app.

5. Termination

This License Agreement is valid from your first use of the app until its termination. Either you or Kafosoft may terminate the agreement at any time. Termination by Kafosoft may occur after notifying you, closing your account, or at Kafosoft’s discretion. The agreement terminates automatically if you violate its terms.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to identify areas you have visited and to personalize content. Cookies are small files stored on your device by your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some website features may not function properly without them. We do not store personally identifiable information in cookies.
